Grilling Method: Serves 2 in 12 minutes using a Grill and Microwave* if pork chops are thawed. Thaw pork chops overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped pork chops in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can't grill, try the Broiling Method found below.
Broiling Method: Serves 2 in just 10 minutes using a Broiler and Microwave* if pork chops are thawed. Thaw pork chops overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can't broil, try the Grilling Method found below. |
