create their tender, hand rolled Boilie cheeses, which they preserve in
sunflower oil and herbs. From France, there is a tangy, satisying Buche
Chevre. From Holland, Dorothea is a unique example of goat cheese with an
added ingredient, potato skins. Aged 60 days this cheese is full and nutty
and can even be grated. Our representative from England is Cornish
Larder's Goat Cheddar. It has a lemony flavor and satiny body. Finally, we
include a log of soft, spreadable Canadian Silver Goat. All of these
cheeses are displayed in a rustic genuine Buche Chevre wooden crate. This
is an ideal gift for anyone who is curious to sample the many differences
and complexities of goat's milk cheese in its various stages of age and
the unique differences in flavor that come from grazing the differing land
